My friend Don Rhodes, together with photographer Jeff Barnes, has released Georgia Icons: 50 Classic Views of the Peach State. The books is full of beautiful pictures of spectacular places of interest around Georgia. Included among them are The Varsity, Archie Butt's Titanic Bridge in Augusta, the Rock Eagle Effigy, the Tybee Lighthouse, Stone Mountain, the Ocmulgee Indian Mounds, and of course, the ever-mysterious Georgia Guidestones.
